Plaag Vol. II

Last year I made a smaller version of Plaag for my solo exhibition Garden of Juvenile Fears at Spazio Box. That painting sold, but I felt like my time with the ladybugs was not over.

Plaag Vol. II returns to the same image on a larger scale, allowing it to become more chaotic, more crowded, and more overwhelming. Sometimes a painting keeps asking for another version.
