Rouw kent geen tijd Mourning knows no time
Inspired by the traditional clothing of the town Bunschoten-Spakenburg in the Netherlands and the towns outlook on grief and the use of different fabrics in this process, I have created this tryptic depicting women in different stages of grief.

This exhibition explored art’s role as a social antibody; a force that not only responds, resists, and reflects the world around us, but also questions and reinterprets societal challenges, highlighting the complexities and contradictions that shape our world today.
